The appam here is so good! After reading so many rave reviews about this stalls freshly made thosai and appam I finally made a trip down to try it! The edges are crisp and crunchy while the middle is soft and fluffy with a slight tang from the fermented milk used. Eaten with fresh coconut and sugar, this makes for a really great breakfast on the weekend! In addition two pieces only costs 2 dollars!

Their sambar dhal gravy was very well prepared with a inch of sourness, tasting so very good. Their chutneys especially the spicy chutney had a touch of sweetness in it and blended superbly with the apom and thosai.

The Price
Reasonably priced at $1.80 each for the Apom and Thosai

Overall
I will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this!

I've been hankering after the freshly grinded rice flour thosai offerings at Selegie Road. But no one. No one entertains me for that. So on a whim this Saturday morning while at Dover Road, I made an order for one masala thosai. And because it was my aunt. What you want, you get. ;)Despite a long queue and a huge order from a man right in front of her, she perservered and picked up masala thosai, paper thosai and two plain thosais. Complete with generous packs of sambar.IMG:1]

I regularly hang out at ghim moh market for lunch. Decided to do justice to Heavens Indian Curry's Thosai today At just $2, it's really value for money for their masala thosai. The thosai is thin and crispy on the outside and slightly fluffy inside. The potato masala filling also has just the right amount of spices. It always makes me happy eating this Fans of thosai should definitely give this a try!

My mum wanted to eat at Ghim Moh market because she likes the Yong Tau Foo there, but I have never really liked this place. So, without any choice, I went there to eat. I wanted to eat Roti Prata, but I found out that it was only available in the morning, so I had to settle for Thosai. The only one that I seemed to eat was the Egg Thosai, so I ordered that. The price of it was $1.50, the cheapest compared to the other food found in that shop. I remember the last time eating Thosai as an unpleasa

Maybe I didn't like such stuff at that young age. It was soft in the middle and crispy at the side. The egg was made nicely and it went really well with the Thosai. I might eat it again when I go there the next time and I'm sure it wouldn't be long before I return there.

Mrupupup visited the Heaven's Indian Curry Food Stall in Ghim Moh Hawker Centre (stall 15). The place sells very nice masala thosai (soft type of pancake), appam (South Indian snack), vadai (fried snack) and putu mayam (another Indian snack). Heaven's Indian Curry makes the appam and masala thosai on the spot and it is fresh. The masala thosai is spicy and need to cool down with a nice cup of tea. Appam is very nice and soft and excellent with the brown sugar. If you want decent Indian food, you

This is my first time having Appom and I love it! The experience was like eating both crispy and fluffy Roti Prata in one. The Appom was fluffy in the middle with crispy edges. Like Roti Prata, there are plain and egg Appoms too. Heaven Indian's Curry is probably one of the only few stalls in Singapore that makes Appom.

Many people have raved about the Thosai here too. You just need to taste it yourself to understand why. It had a nice thickness giving it a crispy outer layer while the inside was moist and fluffy. It had a good balance in both taste and texture.

All the hawker-foodies rave about the appam at this place, but they're wrong... it's Heaven's dosa that should be famous. Specifically, her masala dosa. Dosa is one of my favorite foods and I've eaten them in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Canada, and at least a dozen different places in Singapore, and I feel pretty certain that Heavens Indian Curry in Ghim Moh makes the best dosa I've ever had.

To start, the dosa here have a great texture - they're super crisp on the outside, but warm and spongy on the inside for soaking up all the yummy curry. Regardless what kind of dosa you order, it comes with 3 sauces on the side - a dhal curry, a creamy spicy tomatoey sauce, and a coconut chutney. The chutney and spicy one are so good I'd eat a bowl of just the sauce.

My favorite is the masala dosa, which is stuffed with a mix of potatoes and other veggies. The filling takes the dosa from being a snack to being a pretty filling vegetarian meal and for a bargain S$2.

Everything here is home-made -- they take no short-cuts in their cooking, and you can taste the love!

Heaven Indian Curry is located in the Ghim Moh hawker centre so ambiance is hot, noisy, and crowded -- at lunch or weekday breakfast hours it's impossible to find an empty table, and I often find myself sharing a table with strangers while eating my masala dosa... but it's still worth it.

Kudos to Letchmi and her team of sisters who consistently churn out great Dosai day-by-day to the hungry breakfast crowds.

I am great fan of Indian cuisine but frankly this is one of the rare stalls that still sell the traditional South Indian Appam. The Egg Appam featured here is Amazing!!! The yolk is just set so but not runny and the edges of the Appam cooked till crispy but not burnt. The fresh Coconut accompanying it is subtle and moist and the orange sugar adds a hint of sweetness (of course, you do not drown your Appam with the sugar!) to this great breakfast dish.

This is truly satisfying
