The stall is by an Hong Kong uncle who sell a variety of soups and steamed rice.Salted fish and pork steamed rice ($3.00)The steam rice is a bit too mushy. The minced meat patty is not too salty and soft.White fungus chicken soup ($3.50)The chicken is very tender and the white fungus is flavourful and soft. The soup is very flavourful.

This shop is very special, located at blk925, not hard to find, just 5 minutes from yishun northpoint. They selling all rice which already cooked ready and just take out from oven. But the rice all are still hot. The salted fish is randomly put in the rice and when u bite it, will feel very delicious. The pork also given a lot and really delicious when eat together with the salted fish.

I eat regularly at this stall. My all time favourite is still the preserved vegetable with pork belly steamed rice followed by the salted egg minced meat steamed rice. This stall served authentic Hong Kong style steamed rice as the boss is from Hong Kong. The preserved vegetable with pork belly steamed rice is so flavourful. The preserved vegetable is well braised with the pork belly then they placed it in the steamer. Upon order, they poured it over the rice then added the vegetable and their special sauce just before served. If you are a fan of preserved vegetable with pork belly then this is a DIE DIE MUST TRY for you! You would not regret even if you have to bear with that extra calories.

I understand from my friend that the owner of this stall comes from Hong Kong which is famous for their soup. This stall sells mainly steam rice and hot soup. I decided to order the watercress with pork ribs soup with rice. Although they serve plain rice, they will drizzle the rice with a nice soya sauce as well as a small serving of vegetables. The soup taste really good and the serving of the pork ribs is also generous.

Another favorite from this regular stall. This stall is only selling different types of Hong Kong style steamed rice and double boiled soup.I have been ordering preserved vegetable with pork belly rice for $3.00 quite often these days. The portion of preserved vegetable and pork belly was of quite a generous portion. It definitely helped to justify the raise in price from $2.50 to $3.00. I went to take it away for dinner at home. The auntie scooped some rice into the lunch box then took out a portion of preserved vegetable with pork belly from the steamer to pour them over the white rice then topped with some veggies and poured a ladle of sauce over it.It was a satisfying dinner.
