This place has one of the best peking duck I've tasted! You have to order this in advance or else you risk going to the restaurant and finding out that they've sold out all the ducks! It is that good! A chef will come and personally slice the duck in front of you. The smell is incredible and firstly the topmost skin will be placed on one dish, followed by the meat in another. You eat it wrapped in egg roll skin, with some cucumber and dip the duck in their sauce. Very tasty and good for a bigger

The great thing about the CBD being expanded into the Marina Bay area is that the food choices around my office area at Shenton Way has increased exponentially. The newest office building sprouted up in the area that's quickly becoming the next prime hub of the CBD is Asia Square Tower, which houses the Super Peking Duck branch of the Imperial Treasure group of restaurants.

Service was attentive and courteous, food was close to perfection, and the ambience was, as with most Cantonese restaurants, rambunctious and loud.

We ordered:

1) Peking Duck ($68) - Toasted flour wrappers are used here to wrap the duck, fresh cucumber stalks and some chives. delicious

2) 2 Meat Combination ($36 for large) - While the BBQ pork was delectably soft, sweet and yet savoury, the roasted pork had a tough chewy layer of fat

3) Crabmeat with Conpoy and Diced Melon Soup ($8 per person portion) -must-try. The clear chicken and seafood based broth had depth of flavour

4) Baked Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk ($78 for large portion) - a perennial favourite, large juicy prawns coated in a salted egg yolk batter were flash-fried to retain the prawns natural juices

5) Steamed Egg White with Mushroom ($28 for large) - a wobbly egg white custard that was richly accented with diced assorted mushrooms, oyster sauce and coriander. Would have preferred this dish without the coriander accents. Somehow, the heady herb overwhelmed the delicate nature of this dish

The premium skin is so good that they advise us to just dipped into sugar. The rest of the slices, we roll up with the cucumber, chives & crepes into the usual peking duck rolls. They even serve the meat on very cute duck-shaped plates.
Very good food but service was quite slow
Overall i rate 8/10
