they are not closed. I found them on the basement level of golden mile food centre. they have relocated to #B1-36 since last November. they told me they have put up a banner outside #01-90 until the recent renovation when the banner was disposed by the Contractors. Love their bananas and niangao 年糕( caremelized glutinous rice cake). continue reading

After my meal, feel like eating goreng pisang here, they fried so much goreng pisang which attracts my attention, as it is my favourite. I bought a small one at $1, surprisingly when I ate that, i will consider this one the best goreng pisang I ever eat, the crust is very crispy and fragrant with the nice fresh banana taste and they have just fried the goreng pisang, I love it so much, highly recommended for goreng pisang lovers. continue reading

I do not remember when was the last time i have eaten a goreng pisang. I walked past KEE's when at Golden Mile Food Centre for early dinner earlier. I got one out of impulse and eaten it. It was quite nice. The banana used was quite sweet. The goreng pisang did not taste oily so not upsetting my stomach. I might want to try their other snacks next time as their other snacks look quite good too. continue reading

Looking for a light snack when i spotted this stall. I decided to get a goreng pisang to complement my lunch earlier. The banana used has got a natural sweetness and nice softness, it was coated with a thin layer of batter to fried it well to give it the crispiness with no rancid taste and not oily at all.Give this stall a try if you are here and looking for snacks to go. continue reading

To define this Goreng Pisang as the raja of all pisangs is an overstatement. Not to say that this fried banana is bad, it lacks the sweetness of typical goreng pisangs. That aside, the crispiness is top notch and it does not fritter that easily as it's not flakey. The goreng pisang was served warm which could have made it fare lesser. continue reading
