Huge chicken drumstick given, it was well-marinated without overly seasoning. Each bite was wonderful crust, it deserved a compliment. Coconut fragrant rice was filling, fluffy hot while it served. Sambal chilli was redly seductive, sweet yet spicy until to the max. Side dishes include Hardboiled egg, Ikan Bilis, Peanuts and Cucumber. The portion was filling and satisfying, the plate recalled my childhood life. $4.80 for mine, Overall was a pleasant dining experience.

Killiney Warung is a new addition to the Comfort Delgro building, serving up a small (but sufficient) variety of local and western cuisine, not to mention the standard toast+eggs and coffee combo! Prices are slightly expensive given that you can get cheaper eats at the nearby coffeeshops, but for the comfort and cleanliness, the extra $1 (or so) is worth it!The interior is clean, comfortable and the seats are usually ample (even at lunchtime near noon!). While the fried rice is mediocre at best, with strips of carrot, peas and egg in it, the sambal is really TO DIE FOR. Believe me when I say this, but the sambal transforms the fried rice from a 2.2/5 to a 3.5/5! The aroma of the chilli is so remarkable, it has a robust fragrance coupled with good substance and texture. It's slightly tangy and has a trace of onion and dried shrimp in it. Delicious.

The iced coffee is really worth your $2.20 in my opinion. The milk to coffee ratio is just nice, it isn't too sweet (but people who enjoy the strong coffee taste might want to request cutting back on the sugar!) and it definitely gives you that caffeine pick me up that you deserve. Local coffee has a much stronger taste than western coffee though, so people who arent used to the taste might find it a bit strong.

The service here is also pretty good, you order at a counter, collect a number tag and place it at your table while you wait. Your number will be called and you can pick up your food from a separate window/counter (either that or the staff will bring it to your table). The staff is super friendly and they even said "thank you" and "bye" to me as I was leaving, which I thought was a really nice touch given that there were a number of other customers they had to serve.
It's the little things that make you smile.
