As my family resides in the East, we'll go to Changi City Point during some of the weekends to just walk around and have dinner. There are two food courts at this mall, Bagus (Halal) on the ground floor and Koufu at the 2nd floor. Koufu has slightly more variety than Bagus. Had dinner with my parents over here after walking around Changi City point. I so happen to see a picture of the korean bibimbap on Instagram and it made me crave for it! I went to check out the Korean food stall at Koufu and they serve 2 versions of bibimbap, the normal or hotstone. The normal version is the cold bibimbap, which is a dollar cheaper.
