The FoodI ordered the Special Abalone Noodle. The fresh and juicy abalone was drenched in some sort of brown sauce and served in a satay style manner which was quite unique. Coated with a savory sauce that is sweet and spicy, the noodles are served with minced meat, pig's liver, fish cake, meat ball and crispy pork lard, similar to any other minced meat noodle. All the ingredients are very fresh and the noodles are springy too.The PriceSlightly over-priced at $6 per bowlOverallI will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this! continue reading

Went back to this posh chinese restaurant for dinner with my gf. We ordered this buddha jump over the wall. It was in mini size suitable for 1 only. There's abalone, sea cucumber, shark's fin, mushroom and some chinese herbs in it. The abalone is soft and nice. The entire dish is really fragrant and well marinated making the entire soup really tasty. Nice but a tad too oily for my liking perhaps due to the chicken feet in it. continue reading

Went back to this posh chinese restaurant for dinner! I ordered a mini bowl of buddha jump over the wall again. As usual, it consist of abalone, sea cucumber, shark's fin, mushroom and some kind of chinese herbs. The abalone this time is a little softer and nicer. It is well seasoned with herbs. The rest like sea cucumber, shark's fin and mushrooms are all well marinated, soft and delicious. The soup is really tasty. So far, this is the best i've tried. I'm sure there are nicer ones out there. continue reading
