Signature Dishes
I had my lunch at the Arts canteen the other day. I ordered food from the Muslim stall for the very first time as my favourite stall in the canteen was closed on that day. I had the Mee Siam, which only costs $1.20. The portion is just nice, with a whole hard boiled egg inside. The soup is slightly too sweet for me, and I reckon it's too oily. I also ordered a side dish - stir-fried bitter gout with egg ($0.50), the dish is quite nice with good flavour.

I enjoy the dishes from this Muslim store at the deck. They serve a variety of dishes to pick from everyday and every one of them always look very appetising! I usually order their stingray dish which is one of the more unique meat but decided to have a crispy fried drumstick that day. The drumstick was not very nice, not really crispy. Their sambal kangkong was soft and not too spicy. Their sambal egg is something you should not miss out on, its coated with sambal sauce and it's a little sweet yet spicy, giving a great flavour! There are other not so spicy dishes available too.

This Muslim stall serves very tasty Muslim dishes, including stingray, mutton rendang, chicken curry and many others that all taste very good! They serve noodles like Mee Siam, Mee Rebus and Mee Soto. I love their mee rebus. The serving is small but the gravy is really good and appetizing. It is not really spicy but you can ask for more chili. The gravy was thick enough to complement the noodles. I had a very satisfying lunch!
