i met up with my friends for supper. We decided to order a small portion of ngor hiang with bee hoon. We did not take too much ingredients cos we were kind of guilty eating something deep fried for supper. I like their you tiao, it was crispy and there is some stuffing like fish cake, very juicy. We also ordered their ngor hiang, very tasty, the stuffing really taste so good. I love the fried fish ball, the fish ball is juicy despite being deep fried. The sweet sauce is not too sweet, it is very light and goes well with the ingredients. The bee hoon is very fragrant too. It was indeed worth the guilt. continue reading

I went to yew tee square food court for lunch with my husband. Ever since they renovated the place, there were more food options and new additions. One of the new addition was this wu xiang stall. I am an avid fan of wu xiang, what draws me to the wu xiang is not the ingredients but the chilli sauce. This stall’s chilli sauce is really delicious, very sour and spicy. Their variety of ingredients were quite a lot as well. their nghor hiang was very good, the meat was fresh and the entire row was very tasty. Their tou fu was fried just right, crispy on the outside, soft and smooth on the inside. I like the xia bing the most, very light and crispy. continue reading

Ever since the renovations of yew tee square food court. There were major changes to the food stalls there. A lot of stalls have moved out and were replaced by new varieties of food. One of the new addition is the ngor hiang stall. It was a pleasant addition. My girlfriend loves this stall the most! The varieties of the ingredients were quite a lot. We ordered the Taiwanese sausage, ngor hiang, you tiao, sweet potato. All of the ingredients were cooked absolutely deliciously. I love the chilli sauce they provided us with. It is sourish spicy. Goes absolutely well with the ingredients. We also ordered bee Hoon as well. It was so filling! continue reading
