Simply love the century egg though it is not served chill. Tender and bouncy while biting. Comes with a few slices of seasoned ginger, it takes all "Xin wei" away.

Each tau pok will be cut into 4 portions. I have shown a cross section of a quarter. It fills with bean sprouts and vegetables. Bean sprouts are fresh and not too wet nor dry after heated over the fire. Crunchy feeling, with a big of the rojak sauce, its savoury.

Service
Self service. Requires some waiting time as some of the ingredients need to be toasted and quite a number of orders are take aways.

Ambience
Ample of seats around in the night as most of the stalls are closed.

Price
The standard pricing for a plate of rojak. For additional cost, it depends on the extra items one adds.

Recommendation / Tips
(1) add the tau pok with fillings.
(2) Muslims friend can eat this too.

My family and I were having dinner at the food centre, decided to order a side dish so we decided to try out rojak from this stall. I ordered the $3 plate which I felt did not look much different from the $2.50 one.The you tiao and dao pok were both toasted when I ordered. The peanut sauce was tasty, not too salty or sweet. The prawn paste for the sauce was also not too strong. There was generally a good mix of cucumbers, pineapples, turnips, dao pok and you tiao. They also serve other dishes l

There was generally a good mix of cucumbers, pineapples, turnips, dao pok and you tiao. They also serve other dishes like cuttlefish and century egg.

It's self- service and service is a little bit slow, so be patient!

Overall, it was a yummy side dish although the portion is small.
