The fillings into the tau kwa was freshly inserted , though the twa kwa was not freshly deep fried when ordered.

The Tau Kwa Pao surprising did not contain any duck meat. Instead the tau kwa fillings were diced cucumber, fish cakes, eggs and fried crispy flours.

The Tau Kwa Pao tasted very good with savory of the mixed fillings and herbal duck braised sauce. The bite feel was soft and crispy. It was very filling to stomach.
