Love polar pies! I bought the chicken pie this time round for lunch and it was so so good! Love the abundant chicken filling and add that with a generous serving of vegetables! Love the sauce that it is combined with too. The crust of the pie is oh-so-crispy and tasty as well! I would definitely have this for a quick snack again and would also recommend you to try the other items like the mosaic cake and the sugar roll! continue reading

The Orange Sugee Cake has a nice orange fragrant. It contains bits of crunchy orange peel. It has a buttery and moist texture. You can buy them by the slice at $1.60 or 1 block at $6.60.This is a takeaway counter. Do try their spicy puff pastry curry puff & cakes. Most items are less than $2 a piece. I also like their open pineapple tarts. continue reading

This is the two items that I will order from Polar most of the time, the curry puff and the swiss roll. There was 2 version of swiss roll at Polar, one is without the icing coating whereas the other come with the icing coating. I love sweet things , so I will go for the one with icing coating. The swiss roll was really soft and the price was also reasonable. Probably that was the reason that we can see that Polar is almost at every corner of Singapore. Curry Puff was also one of my favourite. The other crust was crispy and the curry taste so well with those chunks of chicken in it. Yummy. continue reading
