This is one of my favourite noodle stalls in this food centre. There are the $3 and $4 portion as well as the dry and the soup version for selection. There was a short queue of a few people when i got there for lunch on Saturday. I waited for about 5 minutes to order and to get my bowl of noodle. A big bowl of hot soup came along with my $3 portion. It consists of a meatball, minced meat, a poached egg, few slices of fishcake and lean meat. It did not have pork liver this time. The soup tasted light with a slight peppery taste.

It was a simple yet enjoyable lunch.

This is other stall selling the same type of noodle with a bowl of soup at this food centre. Let's compare the soup first. The soup here came with those dried seaweed together with slices of fishcake, lean meat and pork liver. It had a poached egg too. The pork liver was in a thicker slice and tasted nicer but the soup was not hot enough so my egg was a little running.

The noodle was nice, the sauce based not as tomato-ish as compared to other stall but i prefer the soup from other stall. Again, the soup version is in a better demand.

I went there at about 1pm when they were about to close. If you happen to come by this food centre, you might want to try both stalls and make a comparison, too.
