Hor Fun and Salted Fish Fried Rice are two of the hot favourite orders from Supreme Kitchen.

This evening I ordered a packet of Hor Fun with mixed ingredients with added lean pork.

The usual crowd over the weekend had to wait for about 25 minutes for this take-away.

I could smell and taste the Wok Hei while having it. A super heated wok is required to infuse the hor fun with that Wok Hei flavour before adding the rest of the ingredients.

The ingredients added to the hor fun includes leafy vegetables leaned sliced pork, few pieces of medium size prawns and sliced squids.

The tasty gravy of the Hor Fun is not too thick nor watery. Just right for my palate and without the charred taste the cooking will not be able to accentuate the overall goodness of this hor fun.

Lots of seasoned diced green chilli just kicked off the overall flavour.

The normal price for Hor Fun is S$4.00.

Since I added a dollar additional sliced lean pork, overall I paid S$5.00.

Last night, decided to try the Pork Ribs with Special Sauce for a small portion of S$10.00. There were about 6 thick slices of marinated pork ribs. The marinating was alright with their special sauce. Taste of combination sweetness and yet slight sourishness. What I do not like about the pork ribs are the softness of the meat which I believed were marinated with too much tenderizer. I like to taste the grain of the pork. The tenderizer has overpowered the meat.
