My mum had bought the biggest version of the Mango cheesecake. Afraid that the cheese cake will occupy too much of the refrigerator space, she decided to cut them into pieces and distribute to the family members.The Mango Cheesecake is yammy and rich in flavour. An exotic flavour with the combination of cheese and mango has totally turn my viewpoint on Swissbake! The cake is neither creamy nor too sweet.
