Tan Hock Seng cooked food is quite popular among my colleagues for its roasted delights and the wide variety of food served. The meal was bought extra during our lunch time to share among us.Kway Chap Set was delicious with the generous amount of black sauce over the braised eggs, Tau Gua, PIg's Skin, Tau Pok and Intestines. Intestines were well braised and signs of "porky" taste were absent. The amount of kway was contained in a big bowl with abundance of soup. Will be back again for its roasted

This is the kway chap that is impossible to be found in singapore anymore, according to what my grandparents told me. Thus, that day i decided to try it out myself. The kuay was very soft and sliky, the soup was another things i liked, which had very strong very herbal taste. One thing special about their store is they provided customers with preserved vegetable which other don't. Lastly, i think the pig's instestine is one of the best i had ever eaten, it is soft and break easily after chewing!
