I acquired a voucher from Groupon and this voucher would be expired in a couple of days' time. Thus i was there to utilise it. The place was rather quiet at 11.30 am but the waitress was pretty attentive. I only wanted the set indicated in the voucher and nothing else. The waitress politely informed me that i am still liable to pay GST and service charge. This is definitely the plus point. It was served in a little while. It was served in a little while. The fish pieces were nicely fried, it was warm and crispy. I wish they were more generous with the garlic butter though, same for tartar sauce. I have to ask for a refill for tartar sauce, and i have to make a request for chilli sauce. Unlike other tables, they did not serve the whole bottle of chilli to me but have it poured into a small plastic container. Perhaps they do not have enough of bottles of chilli to go around? but at that time, only 4 tables occupied in the restaurant and it puzzled me a little.

A good portion of french fries were served together with the fish. It was good enough to fill up my stomach for lunch. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

However, i went to their outlet somewhere last month at Bugis LLuma and order 3 plates of cherry snappers as we have the discounted coupons from Groupon but very unfortunately the image of a good restaurant was tarnished immediately as the fish came in too dry and old,no feeling of freshness or tastyness at all.

At Manhattan Fish market, you can always get to enjoy lots of quality seafoods dishes that are so sinful and delicious. Especially love their dory fillet with garlic sauce, it has their unique taste and really fragrant. Their butter rice is also yummy and you will always want to crave for me. The service here is also friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable as their serving is also quite generous. My verdict: 7.5/10

The flamming platter for 2 is one of my favourite dishes iin Manhattan. The food of very tasty and the seafood is also very fresh. Together with the various sauces, there is an extra flavour in the dish and the food is indeed very tasty. Would strongly recommend this dish to everyone.

Time for some dessert so my friend and i ordered this double chocolate ice cream cake. The serving size is small but you can still share among friends. It is really hard and bitter sweet. I do not really like it because of the hardness. Difficult to eat it. But it is alright. Still acceptable.

The Cream of broccoli was just EPIC as my boyfriend calls it. The picture says it all. Its edible but not delectable. Not much taste but it was chunky which i liked.

Moving on to my main course, my Fish and rice (dory) was similar to many other fish and chips. The fish is dipped in batter then deep fried. The batter was crispy and golden brown. Taste wise the serving of dory was pretty big and it was fresh and thick! Unlike certain outlets that have thin dory, the dory here was thick, juicy and fresh! Coupled with the fragrant rice that was served, it made my day, although the rice was a little too hard for my liking.

My boyfriend's Mediterranean Baked Fish took a little while longer to cook. When it was served, it reminded me of a chinese cooking style. It was baked in a aluminium foil wrapped around a fish placed on a (Pandan?) leaf and seasoned with chilli padi and onions giving it a very sweet and spicy taste. Very weird combination thou when eaten with fries. Recommended to stick with it's original serving of rice. I didnt really like the taste of the spices but my boyfriend liked it.

Overall i give it 4/5 stars for its service, food and ambiance. (:

Went for the Set Lunch that offered by them. Low price and good food, why not? The serving crew there are friendly. I've tried the Seafood Chowder and it's taste great. I love the piping hot Sizzling Louisiana Prawns. Love the sauce, it's so yummy. I've finished the sauce with the breads! I wish they give me more prawns or bigger prawn? They looks so tiny in the sizzling plate.

The Fiery Cherry Snapper and Mussels is not good as i expected. The snapper is a bit burnt outside and overcooked. I love mussels but the way they cook it disappointed me. Not good enough.

Staffs were friendly and even helped us took group photos even though they were closing! They didn't even try to chase us away or act impatiently. Thumbs up for their great service!
