Choices of food was pretty much the same as before, with patrons overfilled with their wide varieties of food items and the Cze Char dishes.

Introducing my pals to Tien En, they were so anxious and caught up in the queue soon as they hit the coffeeshop. Having ordered its mocked meat and others items which sums up to $4 a plate with each item costing a dollar. They were quite impress with the stall, with its queue as well as the food, luckily.

Cze Char menu was all written or pasted on the wall and signboard, do check them out. The vegetarian Hor Fun was pretty close to the non vegetarian with mocked fishcakes and pork. Though it tasted in the vegetarian style, the overall taste still bring a smile to all faces on the table.

Surprisingly long queue were seen lined up in front of Tian En Vegetarian stall during dinner times unlike its neighbours, there were no queues for them. The usual me would just prefer the brown rice over the plain white rice whenever there's chance. Rice was tad dry but fluffy, the mocked mutton with its curry gravy was tasty and best items chosen out of the rest. Toufu was standard and chap chai was coated with dark sauce. Love the chap chai but would prefer if they could Soup of the day of out

Soup of the day of out of my expectation too. Dates were boiled to softeness with carrots, lotus, sweet corns and mocked "Bak Kut" (Pork Bone). With all these added, the soup was sweet and refreshing to my liking.

The thing that amazed us! Yang Zhou Seafood Rice was real good. Though it was abit oily, the aroma and taste was good enough to challenge a plate of non-vegetarian seafood fried rice. Every grain was packed with the wok smell and this dish was only prepared based on order and best eaten when its hot.

After trying quite a number of vegetarian Breakfast from clementi, I would say that Tian En's food was impressive, giving me the "WoW" factor. After trying quite a number of vegetarian Breakfast from clementi, I would say that Tian En's food was impressive, giving me the "WoW" factor. With a few pax in front of my queue, I managed to get served within 3 minutes and service was quick.

Varieties of food items to choose from were alot more than what I had expected especially on a morning. Each tray of food items looks appetizing under the orange lights. I ordered a packet of vegetarian bee hoon with Toufu, bitter gourd and mocked char siew as the sides.

The mocked char siew tasted sweet and chewy with sesame seeds. Toufu was fragile naturally, cooked together with mixed beans and tomato sauce, sweet! If you like bitter gourd, theirs were out to impress, cooked with ginger and black beans, packed with fragrant, giving a completely different taste. Last but not least, the flavourful bee hoon was cut up and shortened.

As compared to its competitors in the same vicinity, Tian En's pricing is more expensive but of course if taste of food is the main criteria, I would vote for Tian En.

Noticed that they are serving Vegetarian Zi Char, I will pay them a visit again for dinner!
