Toast box has added a lot more variety of food to their breakfast menu. I tried their mee goreng yesterday, the noodles was fried with diced tomatoes and some green beans, topped with a few pieces of fried bean and garnished with fried fried shallots. I feel that it tasted ok only if compared to that selling at indian stall. A set consisted of mee goreng and drink cost $4.80. continue reading

Toast box is a really good choice for breakfast with the family on a weekend. It's not too expensive and the food is pretty good. I especially like the soft boiled eggs which are always cooked perfectly. Add some dark soy sauce to them and dip your toast in them for the most delicious breakfast ever! Also get some pork floss thick toast! The sweet and savoury combination goes really well! continue reading

FoodI ordered the following during my lunch time :Thick Toast Otah $1.60 - Toast box recommendation. This is being shared among my colleagues and imagine how bad is it. We cannot finish it, there are 4 of us. Otah filling is little and bread is simply too dry.Mee Rebus $4.80 - Mee Rebus tastes ok and can be better if it is served hotter.ServiceLousy service rendered. They make us wait very long at the queue for the otah and workers there has no sense of who comes first. Staff has no urgency in clearing up and freeing up tables for other customers.AmbianceYou can see house flies and its very irritating when you have to eat and 'chase' houseflies away.PricePrice is standard throughout the chain outlets of toastbox.RecommendationSuggest to visit other outlets if service is left unchanged. continue reading
