My day starts with a bowl of Mee Soto, warm enough but not as hot as I had expected. Although price may be dearer than most of the Mee Soto Stalls, I would say that its cost matches its portion. Like any common Mee Soto found in most muslim stalls, the dish looked rather simple with its shredded chicken, bean sprouts, coriander leaves and fried shallots. I would say that the taste from the bowl of soup was rather important when it comes to rating. Wahad's soup tasted rather mild (not too sweet)
Their noodles had been boiled a few times before serving and was quite soft as compared to others. For those who like bagedil (potatoes cake), it can be added into the dish at additional cost. Shredded chicken comes portion comes in a handful portion with its skin attached. Somehow, I would prefer my shredded chicken to be skinless.
Cost: $3.00
