I was half-hearted between chooing the beef ball noodles or the sliced beef noodles but eventually ordered the sliced beef noodles. I opted for kway tiao since it is smoothier and I believed it is tastier. The beef slices are quite generous for the price and it is not tough to bite at all. I especially loved pairing it with their chilli to eat. Their chilli is the slightly sourish kind which is very tasty with the rich thick sauce that is used to flavour the kway tiao. It is an enjoyable lunch and I will go back again to try their beef ball noodles next time I am there. continue reading

I had the beef meat balls noodles from Xin Dai Beef Noodles at Kopitiam. It costs $5 for the meal which I felt the meal was worth the money. I like the beef balls as they are soft and tender. The noodles were tangy and tasted great when eaten together with the soup. continue reading

Normally beef noodles are usually quite expensive at most of the food courts or even hawker centre. However at Xin Dai Beef Noodles, I totally do not feel it at all. Generous amount of chewy and tender beef meat are topped on the big portion of noodles with soup. The soup base is slightly thick and juicy, with a bit of sweetness from the beef as well. Lots of beansprouts are added to it to add that 'crunch' feel to it. At our four dollar per bowl, it is definitely a very good buy and a very satisfying meal too! Do check it out yourself too. continue reading

I usually order beef ball noodles because beef slices could turn out tough and I didn't want to struggle with eating the meat. However, I decided to beef slices noodles instead that day. It was not a bad choice after all. The portion of noodles served at this stall is a lot! (should ask for less if you don't eat much) The best thing is there are many beef slices to complement the huge portion of noodles. And, the beef slices were tender and easy to chew. The thick sauce was brewed well and was thick enough to last through together with noodles. I love the amount of bean sprouts the person gave me! Yummy! continue reading

I had dry beef ball noodles for lunch today. There was a lot of vegetables (bean sprouts) and about 7 beef balls. The beef balls were tasty however, the sauce was not that fantastic. It was a bit too bland, I had to add the chili sauce to make it tastier. However, beware, the chili sauce can be quite spicy! The portion of noodles was large, too much! I should have asked for less noodles, more beef balls! Haha. The soup was a little bland for me too but it helped me take away the spiciness from the chili sauce. (: The stall serves the beef in chunks or in slices too. continue reading
