I am a fan of soya beancurd. I usually have at least one to two bowls a week. I always requested to have it a little sweeter. I ordered the soya beancurd from this stall for the first time. The texture of the beancurd was amazingly smooth and soft. It was served warm in the sweetened sugar syrup to give it the expected sweetness. After many bowl of soya beancurd, i still prefer this to the popular chilled beancurd now.
