Happen to have my lunch here when I visit my auntie in this hospital. The ranges of yong tau foo presented here are more towards the healthier ones, which includes less deep fried items and more vegetable items. I had a bowl of yellow noodles with deep fried bean curd, bitterguard with fish cake, beansprouts, mushroom ball and flat fish cakes. The noodes are chewy and cooked till the correct texture and not too soggy. The fried bean curd is crispy outside and soft and smooth inside. The sweet sauce is placed outside for your add in and it taste not bad when some white sesame seeds are added to it as well.
