I had the opportunity to the try the three-course meal which comprises of a soup, a main course and a dessert. The soup served was a White asparagus volute, poached egg and parmesan crackers. Poached egg in a soup, I have never try anything like that before. This soup was rich and creamy, it was decorated with caviar and cheese cracker which amazingly goes so well with the soup and simply delicious.
