Recently the Lau Pa Sat Festival Market has reopened under the KopiTiam's operation, after a $4-million, eight-month facelift. Besides the usual fare in the food court, there is also lot of new stalls in the food court. One of the new stalls is this stall which offers a new food fare to the locals. This is its second outlet after its first at Amoy Street Food Centre.Among all the stalls in the food court, it attracts one of the longest queues. Among all the stalls in the food court, it attracts one of the longest queues. It sells items such as chicken or beef burritos ($7.90), arroz con mariscos ($7.90), which is seafood rice, and Krunchy Chalupas ($7.90), a fried tortilla shell filled with chicken or beef, salad and tomato salsa.

We decide to order the crowd's favourite which is Krunchy Chalupas ($7.90). We are also topup $1 for additional cheese and avocado. It is served with potato mash on top of plain rice. The dish is drizzled with tomato sauce, chilli sauce and cream sauce. It is greasy but sinfully yummy.
