This time i tried the mains - Oven baked Atlantic sea bass with fennel and orange salad, Niçoise vinaigrette. Followed by their Degustation plate of desserts which consists of Warm chocolate cake, profiterole, Crème Brulée and strawberry sorbet.For the seabass it's too salty for me actually. But the fish is fresh though. Highlight would be the dessert! Simply yummy as it's a miniature combination of all their signature desserts! For the seabass it's too salty for me actually. But the fish is fresh though. Highlight would be the dessert! Simply yummy as it's a miniature combination of all their signature desserts! A perfect combination of sweet and sour dessert to end the meal as you won't feel too full after that! at least it applies to me ! haha.
