Ban Mian is (i believe) one of Singapore's delicacies found throughout foodcourts in Singapore. The noodles are cut and pressed out from dough made of flour and eggs.I ordered the you mian (thin noodles) that came with fried Ikan Bilis, vegetables, minced pork, and fried onions. An egg was added into the broth just before the meal was served. I ordered the you mian (thin noodles) that came with fried Ikan Bilis, vegetables, minced pork, and fried onions. An egg was added into the broth just before the meal was served. I prefer to let my egg cook a bit more so it is half cooked.

The soup tasted good, and it wasn't too salty, although the noodles could be cooked more, as i found it to be a little hard.
