I ordered the fried bee hoon and yellow noodle from this stall yesterday morning for my brunch. The queue for this stall is quite short so it is really order and go. They have quite a lot of ingredients to choose from like fishcakes, otah, fried egg, chicken wings etc etc. I chose this which is a fried chicken patty. The exterior is quite crispy and the chicken meat inside is surprisingly tender. I am guessing it is made using the chicken thigh meat. The beehoon and yellow noodles taste quite nice, just that the yellow noodles seemed to be more greasy. Next time around I will probably just order the beehoon on its own. This costs me around $2.20 if I remember correctly.
