When you walk up to Geylang Serai Market Food Centre with an intention to tuck into a good plate of nasi briyani, you will probably be confused as there are many stalls selling this popular indian dish, all claiming to be selling the best plate of nasi briyani. My choice of briyani would definitely be the mutton briyani. The meat is juicy, tender, succulant and well-marinated with spices. You can peel the meat easily off the generous chunk of mutton, and taste the spicy and "muttony" flavor of the meat. The rice is soft, fragrant, fluffy and consistent. The gravy is thick and not short of flavoring, just the way I like it. The serving provided is generous; more than enough for one person.

The staffs are also friendly too.
