If you think that lunch in Orchard Road is expensive, it's because you haven't been exploring into the nooks and crannies. Isle Cafe located at the first floor of Far East Plaza offers great and affordable options for mixed vegetable rice! This was the amount which I chose, and guess what? It's only $3.30! The egg tofu was yummy and savoury, but you can't really get this wrong... so, yes, this was great! The sweet and sour pork wasn't up to standard though, it was slightly soggy and not crunchy

Isle Cafe located at the first floor of Far East Plaza offers great and affordable options for mixed vegetable rice! This was the amount which I chose, and guess what? It's only $3.30! The egg tofu was yummy and savoury, but you can't really get this wrong... so, yes, this was great! The sweet and sour pork wasn't up to standard though, it was slightly soggy and not crunchy anymore. The vegetables were a good choice too, they weren't overcooked (common mistake) and retained their moisture!
I am so coming back for more for the sake of my wallet!
