Victor's kitchen is always packed and you have to be prepared to wait atleast 15 minutes during the peak hours. We came around 1plus in the afternoon and lucky us waited for only 5 minutes before getting 2 seats after a couple left. Their milk tea is highly raved about here and it is really good! It is in served in a bowl of ice cubes to retain the chillness. I find it pretty expensive though but worth it! Very few stalls in Singapore sell 'Zha Leong' Cheong Fun and I've been wanting to try it

Very few stalls in Singapore sell 'Zha Leong' Cheong Fun and I've been wanting to try it after hearing about such a cheong fun! This is my first time trying and I was pretty excited! However, to my dismay, I didn't really like the combination of fried youtiao in the chee cheong fun and prefer to have them separately!

We preferred the Char Siew cheong fun but there was nothing to rave about.

Their carrot cake is not the fried ones but rather it is steamed with scallop and sausage in XO sauce. It looks good but disappointingly, the taste is rather bland for us. I guess we prefer the pan-fried carrot cake!

I love the Har Gow here and personally I feel it is one of the best in Singapore! The prawns are big and juicy and really shiok!

You can't leave Victor's kitchen without ordering their Liu Sha Pau! It is really a must-try!! Extra precaution needs to be taken when opening up the pau, the overflowing of the egg yolk custard is never ending! This is the most sinful one I've ever tasted so far but it is really worth it! The combination of salted egg and butter is just heavennn
There are a few hits and misses over here but I will certainly be back again!
