Where should I start?? Han Kee fish beehoon had been my comfort food for the longest time!! The soup was light and clear. I especially loved the Chinese parsley and fried garlic/onions added, which definitely helped to highlight the already naturally sweet and flavourful fish broth. Vegetables were aplenty - high approval points given! The main star - the thick slices of Batam fish were fresh and tender. Han Kee was generous with their fish helping too.. you could not even see the pile of beehoon hidden under the massive fish slices.

YUMMY!! I could eat this everyday!
