Fresh and quality lunch buffet

Its a corporate lunch buffet. Food tasted very fresh and quality.  Worth specific mention were their seafood gumbo rice - very generous serving of seafood and rice was very tasty. Prawn with rosmesco sauce is superb, very fresh and sauce has a unique garlic flavor, very nice. usually for such buffet, vegetable is a soso but i was surprised by the vegetable served - very generous serving with fresh mushroom and crispy ginger.  The caterer is famed for cooking without MSG yet food is so delicious.

Prawn with rosmesco sauce is superb, very fresh and sauce has a unique garlic flavor, very nice. usually for such buffet, vegetable is a soso but i was surprised by the vegetable served - very generous serving with fresh mushroom and crispy ginger.  The caterer is famed for cooking without MSG yet food is so delicious. It's an effort deserving compliments. Table setting is simple and elegant.
