Good ambience, Not so good service

This bar is in the heart of Clarke quay, a lively scene for any age most nights of the week. The environment is great -- live music, karaoke, open air layout, and a seemingly good food menu (we did not try the food). However, unfortunately the cocktails are not up to par. The environment is great -- live music, karaoke, open air layout, and a seemingly good food menu (we did not try the food). However, unfortunately the cocktails are not up to par. We ordered jack Daniels and Coca Cola, which came in separate glasses, and not only was the "shot" of jack daniels smaller than standard, it was heavily watered down before it was even poured. Once we pointed this out to the staff, they agreed to take it off our bill. They subsequently charged us for it anyways and we had to wait quite a while for them to fix it. Maybe this was a one-off, or maybe all places in Clarke Quay water their drinks down, but we found this unacceptable. All around very poor service and not worth the money despite an enjoyable ambience.
