Guo Tie aka potstickers can be found in most La Mian stalls. When ordered, it takes up to about 5-10minutes waiting time for Sheng Zhou La Mian to fried the Guo Tie. The skin was rather thin and was fried to crispy texture filled with tasty minced meat within. It was hot but not scalding to the tongue and unexpectedly, they were not as greasy as I would have thought. Doused them with vinegar and they are perfect to go.Cost: $5 for 10
