There were many Yong Tau Foo stalls in People's Park Food Centre. One of them was Orignal Koo Kee Yong.

I had ordered a set with dry yong tau foo and kang kong.

The noodle tasted good, slightly spingy with generous pork lard oil and mince pork.

The dry yong tau foo was deep fried with boiled soya beans and savory sauce. The deep fried tofu fillings were a mixture of pork meatand fish   paste. There was also pork ball, it was made of the same tofu fillings. Both tasted good with marinated seasoning, the mixed meat was bouncy to bite on.

The kang kong had thick fermented bean sauce. The sauce tasted spicy and salty, it went well with the kang kong.
