Not only the wide range of chinese meat paus that are nice here, I also like their half egg with chicken meat bao. Whole boiled egg is cut into half before spreading some juicy chicken a one side before coat in flour and bring deep fry. The outcome of it is crispy outside and tender and chewy for the inside.
