Overall, if I were to compare the ice cream shops I went, the one in west coast - Ice Cream Frenzy and Tom's Palette's at beach road is good.

Service
Service is good. They have quick service despite the long queues. Like Ben & Jerry's we are served by youngsters who are working as part time.

Ambience
Not much space and seats placing are quite narrow. Since it is near to schools like SMU, the students usually flocked into the ice cream shop and enjoy their chats here.

Price
Price is among the market rates.

Recommendation / Tips
Walking distance from Promo, a good place/hideout to enjoy desserts with a wide range of choices to enlighten your day!
