The weather is getting unbearable hot lately day and so i have been wanting something cold after dinner more often these days. I got myself a very colorful bowl of ice kachang and it definitely brightened my day. It was beautiful to look at and nice to eat. A little too sweet initially but not so after another few mouthfuls, i was happy to find 4 atap seeds under that pile of shaved ice, and generous amount of sweet corn, red beans and agar agar cubes. It is always nice to have something sweet
