My partner was telling me that a long long queue spotted right in front of this stall at about 5.30 pm when he was there. My partner was telling me that a long long queue spotted right in front of this stall at about 5.30 pm when he was there. The queue might be long but it was moving rather fast so he waited for about 15 minutes to order.

We had it right after dinner. The texture of the beancurd was exceptionally soft, it seemed a little like those steamed milk available in those desserts shops in Hong Kong. When the layer of skin was broken, it seemed like the normal soya beancurd without the custard like texture when i first tasted at one of their outlets in Maxwell Food Centre. I am interested to know whether did they get the texture right for this particular batch?

It was still a good bowl of beancurd with a well-balanced of sweetness and a controlled soya bean taste. I enjoyed pretty much but my partner did not quite like it.

Now the question is: Is it worth the time to queue? I would not mind having this if there is no queue but i am not keen to queue for it. How about you?
