It was my first visit to Siam Kitchen, so I just ordered the chef's recommended dishes that have the signature thumbs on the menu. The stir-fried kailan with salted fish is Ok. Well, it's just the normal stir-fried vegetables that you could get from any restaurant I assume. Phad Thai rice noodle seafood ($10.50) tastes Ok, the texture of the rice noodles very well-done though. Apart from the rice noodles, Pad Thai here also have the glass noodle option, which I guess worth to try.
