I always patronize crystal jade for their consistently good la mian. I especially like their zha jiang mian and find it one of the best around. The noodles are really delicious and are the perfect texture without being neither too soft nor too hard. The sauce is really tasty too coming with a pretty generous amount of tofu and pork meat in it. Eat it while its hot!
