Service - great. Friendly, polite, efficient. Depending on who serves you, you'll get different amounts of ice-cream! But generally, it's nice service without hassles.

Value - very expensive for ice cream. But it's soooo creamy and good you'll get addicted to it. Nice for a treat. New Zealand is a bit far away, hence the expense due to importation. Wish it's cheaper. But even in Australia, this particular brand of ice-cream is expensive.

Food - sometimes you get what you pay for. Other times, it doesn't seem as fresh or you don't get as much in a scoop. It's very creamy and rich and totally satisfying. Very different to those japanese type ice-creams. This is real ice-CREAM. Oooh, the creaminess is just so amazing and smooth and rich enough. Some flavours are sweeter than others, but generally, it's balanced.

My favourites include the mint choc chip, the strawberry, the cheesecake, the vanilla, the chocolate, the coffee and the caramel... Actually i pretty much love every flavour. It's the cream that brings out the flavour and taste.

It's supposed to be "natural" as the brand name suggests, but I'm not sure how natural it is considering the bright green hue of the mint ice-cream.

Their fruit ice-creams do not separate unlike other ice-creams. The acidity is just right so that everything is well-blended together.
