The panini was stuffed with pulled pork, chili mayonnaise, cucumber slices, tomato slices, shallot slices, cilantro, and lettuce. It was served toasted. Warm and crispy but a bit messy to eat with. It was one of the lunch special set which cost $11. The set came with a ice lemon tea and a choice of either salad or fries. The ice tea was not too sweet. The salad which I had selected was served with a tangy dressing which I would prefer more.
