Besides the cold desserts, they also sell hot desserts like sesame paste and almond paste. Since they are famous for mango desserts, I decided to order the Mango Pomelo Herbal Jelly. The herbal jelly comes in one mold and it is placed among the mango/strawberry puree and topped with some pomelo. It looks rather nice and I enjoy the taste. Herbal jelly is nourishing for the body and as its taste is slightly better, the sweetness from the puree is just nice to pair with the jelly so that the jelly is not too hard to consume, though for me, I didn't find the herbal jelly to be bitter. The only thing which I think can be better improved is that the serving of pomelo could have been more as I think it adds a refreshing taste to the dessert.
