Today I was at Bukit Merah and decided to go Redhill Hawker Centre for Lunch. Since today was Monday, many food stalls were not open. I remembered that a Mee Siam stall was featured in The Sunday Times, hence I went to search this stall.I ordered a bowl of mee siam at $2.50. The friendly aunty always asking whether I wanted chilli or lime. I was very surprised when the mee siam came to my table. The serving was very big!The mee siam had a nice sourish assam aroma. The mee siam had a nice sourish assam aroma. The mee siam's gravy tasted good, with dried shrimps, peanuts and assam. The chilli was also good with many dried shrimps inside.

There were many ingredients with the mee siam, whole boiled egg, fried taupok, fried tofu, fried tofu skin and fried mini shrimps. All of them absorbed into the gravy and tasted good.

Overall, this mee siam was very good with some many ingredients at affordable prices.
