The mixed soup means combination of salt, soy sauce and soybean soup base. Really like it, its like a all in one taste, leaving you feeling that the soup is thick and full of goodness. Meat though it loses out to their signature pork cheek, is still a good companion to the soup. The ramen was nicely cooked, leaving a chewy bite. The bamboo shoots were not too salty and to have 1 full tamago is such a blessing. This set cost $15.90 before taxes.

We sat outdoors, which is still sheltered and you get to listen to the live band of the mexican restaurant next door. But not so much to my liking
