This 24-hour coffee shop at the Serangoon Garden Circus is always busy - especially in the evenings. the taste is something to savour. Together with the mutton, the diced onion and eggs also add flavour and when they are all added carefully to the well kneaded dough, the result is wonderful.
The murtabab is not too thick and the sides are crispy. It goes very well with the thick mutton gravy. It is a little oily, but thats important to retain the taste.
Therefore, I limit the number of times I can have murtabab in a month.
You can also ask for chicken or sardine murtabab.
Service is fast, if it is not during peak hours.
