We bought coupon from dealguru to eat fish and chips at Blisse for $6.90 each.I didn't know where it is, but anyway found out that it's located near the PAP headquarter, near Lavender.In order to go there, we had to walk one round outside the PAP headquarter building to enter the restaurant.The place was quite cozzy and stylish, it was located in front of a church, so I think the church goers will be their main target.When we went there there were few other customers, so it's not so empty.Then w

Then we gave the coupon to them to order the fish and chips.
After around 10 mins wait, the fish and chips came.
The look was normal, the crispy criss cross fries was very crispy and tastes real good!
The fish too!! and the mayo too!!!! All of it, I love it!
Maybe I will buy again if they have another coupon from them, but will not specifically go there just to eat this since it's too far from my place and the location was not so friendly, I think it's not near MRT.
But if you stay near this resto, maybe u can try their fish and chips, it's quite good!
