Chinese New Year is coming and there is a lot of goodies to feast on. Someone got me a jar of pineapple tarts from Le Cafe, which is one of Singapore's oldest and finest cake and pastry shops. The tarts are huge and shaped like a golf ball. Le Cafe is the first pastry shop in Singapore to sell this type of ball shaped pineapple tarts. With one bite, I could feel the thin crust melt in my mouth. Each tart is quite big and difficult to finish off out in one mouthful. Overall very delicious and not
